The handouts can be downloaded from this page. They are just over 17mb and are in pdf format. There is a (black and white) copy of them in the course folder at the college.

The resources for the seminars are also available from the college. Copyright issues mean I cannot post them here. Please make sure that everyone has read the seminar reading before the session so that there is more conversation and less awkward silence.

I’m not keen on letting students have copies of my lecture notes as they are only prompts for me. A lot of what I say is not contained in them. If you want some more information on a particular topic, or cannot remember what I say then put in the comments below. Any references I cite are in the handouts.
